A friend sent me
this link about bloggers in LA. I like that the article shows the chefs' perspective. You really get a sense of the chefs' frustration over how dining out has become, in the words of the LA Times, theater. Sure, as I and Huffstutter mention, the free publicity and marketing is great but in the words of Chef Ludo Lefebvre, "Respect the food! The Salmons getting cold!"
